To break up and add some contrast to my blog today I thought I would post this lovely shot of a fiddle head. I found out yesterday that allot of people eat these. Fry it up with butter, salt, pepper and onions!!! Wow I would never in a million years thought that you could eat these. Amazing what you find out isn't it?

Fiddle Head
To break up and add some contrast to my blog today I thought I would post this lovely shot of a fiddle head. I found out yesterday that allot of people eat these.
