Squirrel Caught Eating Rhododendron Blooms!!!

I wanted to share with you a cute picture today. While I was out in the gardens of UVIC I caught this squirrel along with it's friends eating Rhododendron blooms....I didn't even know that Squirrels ate those types of things. Totally made me giggle inside while I watched them stuff their faces with flowers. They couldn't get them in their mouths fast enough. A absolute PIG OUT! LOL

  4. How funny, I wonder what else they will eat. I have a Grey Squirrel who comes to the bird table every day, every morning in fact, eating the sunflower hearts put out for the birds.

  5. Adrian and John ~ I didn't even stop to think that it would look that way..the squirrel taking the time to smell the flowers!! But your right now that I look at it at your perspective it certainly does.

Kelly ~ Yes it was just too cute...I was glad I managed to see and capture the moment.

Chris ~ Thank you I'm so glad you like the post.

Linda ~ Watch out for those squirrels they are too sneeky for their own good!! They do the same thing at my house too....but they are cute so that makes up for their mischievous ways!!!
