Butterflies beautiful aren't they...but hard to find. I have been waiting for this moment to get some great captures of butterflies..but they are hard to get which I didn't realize. They don't spend alot of time being still that if for sure...flitting from one plant to the other or dancing in the air with others like themselves...these shots are my first attempt this year..I'm hoping to get better ones as the season progresses....they are so lovely and delicate I can't help but admire them....Wednesday, June 17, 2009
Brown Butterfly...Basking in the Sunlight
Butterflies beautiful aren't they...but hard to find. I have been waiting for this moment to get some great captures of butterflies..but they are hard to get which I didn't realize. Hi Crista. Your butterfly shots are lovely, all very beautiful. I really love the 2nd one. Wish I knew what it was! I think the third photo is actually a Zebra Swallowtail rather than a Monarch. Hope you'll have a chance to get some more butterfly shots soon!
